THE PROJECT

A basement conversion just outside the city centre of Liverpool for an existing client.

PRS Ltd. were engaged to complete the specialist waterproofing works with the building / conversion works completed by the main contractor.

THE WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

The cavity drain membrane system comprised of Delta membrane products, Delta PT Lath installed to the walls and Delta MS500 for the floors, with associated drainage, sump chamber and pumps in the specified locations that were designed by a CSSW surveyor.

PRS were able to design, supply and install this system to the highest standard and provide our client with a 10 year guarantee.
